Overview

Google’s EMEA operations team partnered with Amden Group to support a large-scale Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiative focused on improving operational visibility, process clarity, and internal efficiency across multiple regions.

Working across complex operational and compliance workflows, Amden conducted an in-depth review of existing processes, mapped end-to-end operational functions, identified inefficiencies, and helped introduce more structured systems for training, reporting, and continuous improvement.

The project focused on creating scalable operational foundations that would support consistency, visibility, and long-term operational performance across EMEA operations.
